Star Services provides continual service for Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems (HVAC) on a contractual basis. Preventative maintenance is the key behind both our competitive differentiation and maintaining low operating costs.

The management team has over 50 years of experience in service and sales, the majority in the HVAC service industry. 

Our approach to this market is unique and comprehensive. There are HVAC installation companies that offer service contracts as a side business. There are HVAC service companies that offer Maintenance contracts. But both of these versions charge additionally for service and labor when the systems fail.

Our approach is unique for the North Georgia area. We only offer service contracts with no additional charge for parts or labor. Once we have a contractual agreement the customer no longer has to worry about system failure and unseen expenses. Our approach is simple we identify methods of reducing our customers owning and operating costs and improve their facilities environmental conditions and economic performance.  Each agreement is custom and creates a win/win situation.

To develop and grow a customer base comprised of annually renewable maintenance agreements. We will serve our customers as the premier HVAC Service Provider in the North Georgia area. We will always consider the best interest of the customer before the interest of our company in determining the course of action to take in every decision we make.
